Bradley Lancaster started working in the kitchen washing pots at a young age of 14. Since his first chef training experience at the ‘Pecks’ group, Bradley has worked for Chef Gordon Ramsay in London, where he intensely learnt attention to detail before moving overseas to gain more culinary experience in Ibiza. Bradley returned to the ‘Pecks’ group as Head Chef at the Wheatsheaf, Sandbach, before opening the family run business, ‘Caster’s of Cheshire’.
